100 Hour Training for Qualified Teachers

 We are delighted to launch our 100 hour training for qualified yoga teachers. 

This training covers topics that the 200 hour couldn't. 

It's aimed at teachers who've taught for a while, and recognise the gaps that need filling. 

Taking a deeper delve into advancing your knowledge and your teaching. .this broad selection of topics will feature guest teachers and experts in their field. 

The training will run 1 weekend a month for 5 months.

Topics will include:

Week 1 

• Restorative yoga teacher training

Week 2

• Pranayama/ breath work training

Week 3

• Assists and adjustments Reloaded style

• Hypermobility

• Chair yoga
  

Week 4

• Teaching advanced poses and developing workshops

• Trauma informed teaching 

Week 5

• Nidra teacher training  

• Meditation teacher training 

This is a very basic break down, but the training will be indepth and cover many nuances with our classic Reloaded approach! As always, this may be subject to slight change as we tweak and adjust things.
