Yoga Reloaded 200 hour Teacher

Training

will be held at Ikigai, Whitstable, Kent.
Progressive yoga = Yoga Reloaded = honouring the tradition of yoga but incorporating it with today’s knowledge of science, anatomy and biomechanics. Working with the modern western body and understanding the need for healthy strength and movement.
Fully accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals, our yoga teacher training course is spread out over 10 months allowing you time to learn, process and refine your teaching with ongoing support.

About The Course

We will give you a comprehensive toolbox of up to date understanding of movement. You will receive your Yoga Alliance qualification and start teaching yoga.

We have endorsements and support from Jenni Rawlings, Cecily Milne and Justin Wolfer, all of whom are pivotal in the evolution of how modern yoga is being taught and perceived.

We will travel from the roots of yoga, through relevant and up to date anatomy and movement. You will learn from senior teachers (us!) who are both FRC mobility specialist and have a combined 18 years teaching experience.

Featuring guest lecturers, including Osteopath and Vice Principal of the Victor Foundation Yoga Centre, Stephen Buss. Stephen works as a clinic tutor at the Osteopathy Clinic Health and Well-being Academy and lectures in Osteopathy at Swansea University, Wales.

Using our years of knowledge to bring you an innovative and dogma free learning system.

Our aim is to make you the best teachers out there. This course will set you up to teach safe, relevant classes as you will truly understand movement and the human body, unbound by arbitrary alignment rules

Our contact time together will ensure you have everything you need, but we expect you to do your homework to ensure you have a broad understanding of the system of yoga and its place in the world of today.

You will also have a Facebook group where you can ask questions and interact with us and each other over the course. We will mentor you and give help and support in any way we can. We are a sangha and are there to support each other over the course and beyond.
