Training Course Policy Documents

 Experience

• Each student is required to have had a regular yoga practice for 2 years at least before they are able to undertake this teacher training. Also students are required to submit a letter of recommendation from senior yoga teacher. As well as filling out an online questionnaire. We may also wish to meet with you face to face for an interview, or by telephone.

Booking

• A non refundable deposit of £595 is required to secure your place on the course. You can pay for the course in full 30 days before the commencement of the course, £2,995. Alternatively you can set up a monthly direct debit spread over the 12 months at an additional cost of £100.

• Places on the training are allocated on a first come, first served basis. This is providing that you meet the standards to which we have set.

• We reserve the right to refuse a place to anyone who does not meet our requirements. This will also apply to those who have not paid their deposit or full fees at the allotted time. We will of course take into account any unforeseen circumstances on an individual basis.

What is included in the fees

• Teacher training manual

• Access to an online Facebook group

• Your tuition hours

• Training and assessment by 2 qualified Yoga Alliance senior teachers

• Support and mentorship throughout the duration of the course and beyond.

• Upon successful completion of the course you will receive your 200hs Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training certification (RYT-200).

Refund Policy for all Yoga Reloaded Courses

• Part of your initial payment is your £595 non-refundable deposit.

• The refund policy refers to your balance minus the deposit.

• In the unlikely event that the training is cancelled before the course has begun you will receive £100% of your money back.

• 61 or more days prior to the course 100%

• 31-60 days prior to the course 25%.

• 0-30 days or less prior to the course 0%.

• If any instalment payments are not made on the due date or are not honoured the entire balance [and accrued interest then outstanding] shall forthwith become due and liable for immediate payment. If any instalment payment is not made or honoured then we reserve the right forthwith to terminate our services on your behalf.

• We may, at our discretion, require further security from you when instalment arrangements are made in respect of invoices delivered to you.

• We will have a contractual right to withhold providing certification while there is money owing to us for our charges and expenses. 

• Our fees are payable whether or not you complete the entire course.
